This course will introduce delegates to the successful tools and strategies needed to deploy an effective marketing campaign to achieve travel behaviour change.
It is a one-day workshop of short lectures and group exercises, to reinforce the theoretical basis gained from completion of about 8 hours of pre-study. The course will be delivered by experienced social marketing, psychology and travel behaviour change professionals, who have worked on campaigns for leading global brands, as well as in the transport industry.
This course is suitable for travel behaviour change professionals from both the public and private sectors at employers including businesses, universities, NHS trusts, and local authorities.
