An early heads-up for the next Modeshift Eastern Region Meeting (previously Eastern Region Travel Planners Forum) that both Central Bedfordshire Council and Luton Borough Council have kindly organised.

Modeshift "Introduction to Travel Plans' CPD Accredited Training (Sheffield)

The Modeshift 'Introduction to Travel Plans' CPD-accredited training course has been designed with local authority members of staff in mind that are new to this area and covers school, workplace and residential Travel Plans. 

Specifically the course will look at:

  • Introducing Travel Plans
  • Developing the Travel Plan document
  • Travel Plan initiatives
  • Effective Travel Plans

Cost per delegate is £199 for Modeshift members and £375 for non members and we have a maximum capacity of 16 places on this course.

  • Date - Tuesday 2nd October 2018
  • Time - 10:00 - 16:00 (arrivals from 09:30)

2018 Annual Modeshift Convention and AGM - Sheffield City Hall

Title - Removing the barriers to sustainable travel

We will be returning to Sheffield City Hall, on November 1st and 2nd 2018.

At the present time this event is open to Modeshift members, partners, supporters or by special invitation.

Modeshift members and partners must state if they require accommodation or not. Membership and partner packages include accommodation. Additional delegates from your organisation will be charged

RESIDENTIAL BOOKING - Select yes to accommodation

The booking includes entry to the convention from 09.30am on November 1st with lunch, refreshments, evening dinner and the National Sustainable Travel awards, accommodation for one night with breakfast on the 2nd and a second day at the convention on November 2nd with lunch.

Hotels will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Modeshift will send hotel information through to you a couple of weeks after your booking is received.

Ts and Cs for additional spaces on top of membership

Cancellations between 28 and 14 days will incur a charge of 50% (applies only to additional spaces on top of your membership or partnership package). No refunds under 14 days. Changes to delegate names must be made no later than 96 hours of the start date. Please declare all catering and special requirements when making this booking.
